50 USD hourly Essential Requirements for Product Integrity Lead Proven experience in garment and sewing inspection. Ability to measure high-end garments accurately in inches. High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in textile or fashion design preferred. Previous experience in textile factories or weaving companies. Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Desirable Requirements for Product Integrity Lead Experience implementing and monitoring quality control procedures. Proficiency in conducting AQL 2.5
5 inspections. Ability to spec garments to confirm target measurements. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn new processes. Role for Product Integrity Lead Oversee and monitor the daily performance of the inspection team. Develop and maintain rigorous quality control standards for garment production. Conduct detailed AQL inspections and manage ASN reporting. Collaborate with production managers to address and resolve quality issues.
