Your Impact Guarantee compliance to drawings, specs, and standards through rigorous inspection of components and assemblies. Employ precision metrology tools to confirm quality and functionality. Capture and maintain accurate inspection records that drive traceability and continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineering and production to quickly contain and correct issues. Lead and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions that prevent recurrence. Help build and refine quality control procedures and protocols. Continuously align practices with current industry standards and best-in-class methods. What You Bring Diploma/GED required; technical certification or degree in quality or mechanical inspection is a plus. Background in mechanical inspection or QA within a manufacturing environment. Comfort interpreting complex mechanical drawings and specifications; strong command of quality standards. Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and assorted gauges. Detail-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities. Ability to work autonomously and contribute within fast-moving teams. Effective communicator—clear documentation and collaboration.
