Advantage Technical is hiring a Production Quality Inspector in Westminster, MD on behalf of our client! If you have sharp eyes, steady hands, and take pride in catching what others miss, this Production Quality Inspector role puts your attention to detail to work on a growing production floor. As Production Quality Inspector, you will inspect assembled parts to confirm they meet drawings, quality standards, and assembly instructions before they move forward. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $20.00 per hour on 1st Shift, working a 9/80 schedule from 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Responsibilities Inspect assembled product against drawings and assembly instructions
Receive parts from the Stacker and operate the vision inspection system
Identify defects such as poor quality, incorrect quantity, chips, cracks, and improper orientation
Operate high-temperature and vacuum ovens
Complete accurate inspection and quality report documentation
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow strict safety guidelines
Meet quality standards set by the client and applicable governing associations Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Qualifications Strong attention to detail with the ability to scrutinize parts and materials for defects
Ability to accurately interpret and follow assembly instructions
Comfortable counting and sorting delicate parts
Clear verbal communication to report process anomalies to leads and engineers
Ability to collaborate respectfully with operators and team members
Able to sit for extended periods and wear required PPE, including masks, safety goggles, safety shoes, lab coat, grounding/ESD equipment, and gloves Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance
