Your work directly impacts the consistency and reliability of our manufacturing output through meticulous testing and data integrity. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive material testing including Tensile, Impact, DSC, Moisture, Melt Index, Density, and Ash analysis to validate product specifications. Operate laboratory instrumentation with a focus on safety and accuracy, ensuring all documentation is completed in real-time. Support the Quality Management team in the implementation and maintenance of
IATF 16949
quality initiatives. Maintain a high standard of laboratory organization and cleanliness to facilitate efficient testing workflows. Analyze injection molding samples to identify deviations and ensure adherence to established quality benchmarks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot material issues and improve overall process reliability. Required Skills Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality control or laboratory technician role. Hands-on experience with plastic injection molding processes and equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple testing protocols simultaneously. Proficiency in maintaining accurate technical documentation and laboratory records. Preferred Skills Direct experience working within the polymer or plastic extrusion industry. Working knowledge of ISO or
IATF 16949
2016 quality management systems. Technical understanding of polymer material properties and testing methodologies.
