Company Overview Enmark Tool & Gage, Co. is a leading manufacturer dedicated to precision engineering and quality assurance within the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Located in Fraser, MI, we pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and technical excellence to meet demanding industry specifications. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient CMM Programmer/Operator to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to ensure products meet strict dimensional and quality standards. We are a provider of large, tight tolerance machined parts, and need a person capable and confident in inspecting those types of components. Responsibilities Set-up, identify tools required and run jobs with minimal supervision. Set part alignments, load programs and calibrate tools on the CMM. Perform equipment preventive maintenance on CMM equipment. Must be able to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform manual inspections or plate check parts as needed if unable to inspect with CMM. Work from blueprints, GD&T, drawings, layouts, or other specifications to plan sequences of operations for creating/operating CMM programs. Understands and employs the Company's quality policy in the performance of all duties and responsibilities. Assists the Quality Manager with calibrations and other ISO9001/Quality Management System tasks as needed. Additional training may be required (at the Company's expense) to keep up with industry standards and new markets. Experience Mechanical blueprint reading and GD&T proficiency. Minimum 5 years experience CMM programming with PC-DMIS or equivalent software. Able to use basic inspection equipment (micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, etc.) and plate check parts. Use of ERP systems in quality management a plus. Ability to use 3D model files in PC-DMIS Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 40 pounds. Position requires a significant amount of time standing, bending, and lifting materials required to fulfill the inspection process. Able to see clearly to conduct visual inspections

(based on workload) 6:00am-4:30 Monday-Friday 6:00AM-11:

Pay:
$28.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 55.0 per week
