$24 - $28 (DOE) Position Summary Supports the day-to-day administration and coordination of the

ISO 9001

2015 Quality Management System (QMS). Ensures proper documentation, audit readiness, and adherence to quality processes across CNC machining, precision grinding, assembly, and inspection operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update ISO-related documents, procedures, and work instructions Coordinate internal audits and assist with external ISO audits Track corrective actions (CAs) and follow up on audit findings Prepare reports and support Management Review meetings Assist with PPAP documentation and first article inspections Support compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements Liaise with the production, assembly, and inspection teams to ensure process adherence Conduct safety audits and coordinate monthly audits and track findings with the safety committee. Qualifications 2+ years in a manufacturing quality support role Advanced knowledge of

ISO 9001

2015 Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Comfortable in both office and shop floor environments Preferred Qualifications Experience in CNC machining, grinding, or precision manufacturing Independently perform PPAP, FAI, and inspection processes Exposure to audits and document control systems Key Skills Quality system coordination and documentation Audit preparation and scheduling Work instruction and procedure management Attention to detail and follow-through Communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams Working Conditions Combination of office and shop floor work Interaction with production, assembly, and inspection staff Occasional lifting or movement of inspection equipment

Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
