09/07/2026 Job Description Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review and ensure travelers, inspection reports, and key characteristic documentation are completed accurately and properly maintained. Verify all quality documentation is legible, complete, and accurate. Verify operator part counts and make corrections within the ERP system as necessary. Perform final inspections of products in accordance with final inspection plans and data collection requirements. Prepare and complete customer certification packages and save documentation in the appropriate network locations. Close inspection jobs within the ERP system upon completion. Move completed jobs to the next operation according to job routing requirements. Assist with investigations and analysis of customer returns when required. Support non-conforming material activities including red tags, scrap disposition, and Material Review Board (MRB) processes. Participate as a team member in corrective and preventive action activities. Complete special projects and assignments as delegated by management. Knowledge and experience using precision measuring equipment including: Calipers Micrometers Bore gages Pin gages Other standard inspection equipment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Basic computer proficiency including experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
