Duties/Skills Ability to read and understand blueprints, tolerances, and GD&T. First piece inspection and in process inspection. Final inspection using standard inspection equipment, mics, bore gages, height gages, CMM, and gear analyzer machine. Incoming inspection of machined parts to ensure conformance to specifications. Document inspection results by completing inspection reports including ballooned prints and full layout reports. Maintains calibration of gages and ensures up to date. Skills Knowledge of quality control principles, quality inspection techniques, and quality assurance practices within manufacturing environments. Familiarity

ISO 9001

(quality management systems) and related compliance requirements. Knowledge of calibration procedures for measurement instruments like micrometers and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Gearing knowledge helpful.

Work Schedule:

Monday thru Thursday (10 hours). Friday and Saturday as required Pay negotiable based on experience

Pay:

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
