Job Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented and bilingual (Korean/English) Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role supports and oversees quality operations in our RPESS stamping and welding facility, managing IQC, IPQC, OQC, and Metrology activities to ensure all materials, in‑process components, and finished products meet customer and industry standards. Responsibilities Inspect incoming materials and monitor supplier quality (SCAR management). Maintain in‑process inspection standards for stamping and welding operations. Conduct shop‑floor audits and ensure compliance with WI and QCP. Perform final inspections using AQL sampling and approve shipping releases. Handle customer complaints, RMAs, and support customer quality audits. Oversee calibration, measurement methods, and Gauge R&R. Maintain QMS documentation (SOPs, Control Plans, FMEA). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Materials Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing (stamping/welding preferred). Proficient with precision measurement tools and metrology equipment. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office. Familiarity with
