Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that products meet rigorous quality standards by conducting critical product testing, analyzing measurement data, and maintaining compliance with our quality management system. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality production processes in a dynamic environment dedicated to innovation and precision. Duties Perform daily high-volume product performance testing utilizing custom test equipment. Interpret manufacturing technical drawings to ensure accurate quality assessments. Conduct quality audits throughout the production process to verify adherence to our quality management system (ISO 9001-2015). Collect and analyze data related to product quality, process performance, and measurement results to identify trends and areas for improvement. Maintain calibration records for measuring instruments and coordinate calibration schedules to ensure measurement accuracy. Support manufacturing teams by providing feedback on quality issues and assisting with root cause analysis. Assist in the implementation of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards in production environments. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of quality systems such as ISO standards. Proficiency in using computer systems and measurement instruments. Knowledge of regulatory standards such as
ISO-2015.
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documents accurately. Familiarity with calibration procedures for measuring instruments and conducting quality audits. Mandatory Requirements Basic math skills necessary for dimensional measurements and data interpretation. Ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining high attention to detail under tight deadlines. Must be able to lift up to 35lbs. Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
