Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to measure, inspect, and verify the dimensions and geometrical features of components or products Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet design specifications and internal or customer standards Set up fixtures, tools, and attachments on the CMM for accurate measurement ( Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and geometric dimensioning and tolerances (GD&T) to create inspection programs and analyze measurement data ( Document and report non-conforming materials and communicate adjustments needed to production or engineering teams ( Conduct first article inspections, reverse engineering, and capability studies to support quality assurance and continuous improvement Collaborate with engineers, production personnel, and quality teams to resolve measurement issues and improve processes Maintain a safe and organized work environment , adhering to company safety and quality protocols
