QA Tech Hours:
various hours available, Monday - Friday, occassionally weekends
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Pre-operational inspection of the plant Monitor and ensure compliance with GMP and SSOP programs Communicate with sanitation, USDA, supervisors and other associates Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality. Detailed oriented Ability to follow quality standards Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization Strong problem solving and decision-making skills Able to read and write
English Environment:
Continuously- working around moving machinery, working in a cold, hot, slippery and damp environment. This position is offering a competitive wage and benefit package, including a 401K Program, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, paid holidays and paid vacation. The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or GED. Post-secondary training, work experience as a Quality Assurance Technician, knowledge of Q.A. policies, HACCP Programs and USDA Regulations would be helpful. Salary is dependent upon experience and education.
