Job Description

75-year-old manufacturing company has an

IMMEDIATE

opening for a 2nd shift Quality Inspector on a temporary basis. Position should last ~4 weeks. Candidate may choose to work Monday-Thursday 2:30pm -1:00am (10 hours/day) or Monday-Thursday 9 hours/day and 4 hours on Friday.

Duties:

Perform quality inspections of machined components Operate CMM (Zeiss) to verify that manufactured parts meet design specifications Review manufacturing blueprints and inspection instructions Follow GD&T symbols

Requirements:

1+ year of experience inspecting machined components/parts Experience operating a CMM Understanding of GD&T and strong mechanical aptitude Ability to work 2nd shift, start ASAP, and work a short-term assignment

Salary:

$27-28/hr.
