Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to support our manufacturing team. This role ensures products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements while supporting inspections, quality systems, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has manufacturing quality experience, mechanical knowledge, strong analytical skills, and experience with precision measurement tools. Duties Perform quality inspections using micrometers, height gauges, vision inspection systems, and other precision measurement tools. Interpret mechanical blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing documentation. Conduct quality audits and support compliance with
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, GMP, FDA, and HACCP requirements. Perform calibration procedures for measurement equipment and CMMs. Analyze inspection data to identify defects, trends, root causes, and process improvements. Support manufacturing teams with quality issues and corrective actions. Review production and quality documentation for accuracy and compliance. Maintain quality records and assist with internal audits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain production quality standards. Requirements HS Diploma or GED required Able to work 2nd shift 2pm - 1am consistently Experience in manufacturing quality assurance or quality control. Experience using precision measurement tools such as micrometers and height gauges. Ability to interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and GD&T. Strong analytical and basic mathematical skills. Pay:
$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
