Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet rigorous quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your keen eye for detail and strong understanding of quality systems will help maintain our reputation for excellence. MUST BE A CURRENT RESIDENT OF THE MINNEAPOIS/ST. PAUL METRO AREA. MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK PERMANENTLY IN THE US
> Duties Perform in-process inspections using measuring instruments to test for product dimensions, tolerances and functionality, identifying defects and collaborating with production team for corrective actions. Insure that all products comply with company standards and participating in continuous improvements. Communicate with various internal teams; production, engineering, quality assurance and others. Experience High school diploma or GED Technical training or certifications preferred 2+ years of experience in metal fabrication or related work Proficient in using measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, gauges and others Strong understanding of quality standards and ability to document. Strong communication, attention to detail and data analysis skills Time management and organization skills as well as ability to work will with teams

Pay:
$22.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
