Summary:

Beertenders play a critical role in creating an exceptional Paddlefish Brewing experience. This role combines outstanding customer service, craft beer knowledge, and operational efficiency to create a welcoming, team-oriented taproom environment.

Qualifications:

Appreciation for craft beer and willingness to learn Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys engaging with guests Ability to describe beer styles and flavors Must be 21+ years of age High school diploma or GED Availability to work days, weekends, and some holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40-50 lbs Experience in bar, restaurant, or retail environments preferred Responsibilities Customer Experience & Sales Greet guests and provide exceptional service Serve beer and non-alcoholic beverages Educate customers about beer styles, flavors, and brewing processes Promote flights, merchandise, events, and loyalty programs Process transactions using POS system Check identification in accordance with state regulations Taproom Operations Complete opening and closing procedures Maintain a clean, organized taproom Change kegs and restock supplies as needed Assist with inventory awareness and communicate low stock Participate in team meetings and ongoing training Reporting Reports directly to the Taproom Manager and works collaboratively with the Paddlefish team. Compensation $11.13/hour + tips
