Quality & Part Sorter PROMAN Staffing is currently hiring Quality & Part Sorters for a leading manufacturing company in Arnold, MO. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potential in a growing manufacturing environment. Schedule 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM Mandatory overtime as needed

This is a hands-on manufacturing environment. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to quality. Excellent attendance is required. Job Responsibilities Perform quality inspections on manufactured components Visually inspect parts for defects, imperfections, and inconsistencies Sort and separate acceptable and non-conforming products Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process Accurately document inspection results Support production teams in maintaining quality goals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety and quality procedures Qualifications Minimum 6 months of manufacturing, production, quality inspection, or sorting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects Experience using quality inspection tools is a plus Dependable work history with excellent attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation required Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Physical Requirements Stand and walk throughout the shift Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling Lift up to 50 lbs.
