This position performs quality assurance activities for services provided to persons with developmental disabilities including visits to residential group homes, individual residences and day service locations.

Other responsibilities include:

on-site visits to ensure health, safety, and quality of life for service recipients; monitors trends in incident management reports to prevent future occurrences; conducts screenings to select individuals for waiver service opportunities. Qualifications for this Career Opportunity

• Knowledge of developmental disabilities resources and services.
• Knowledge of group mediation and problem resolution.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships by using tact and professionalism.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Meet minimum qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, human services, special education or other education degree. o Three years experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities. o Prefer education and experience with Applied Behavior Analysis. o Other combinations of related education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
