Position Summary We are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join their manufacturing team as Winding & Covering Operators . This position involves operating production equipment used in the winding and covering process while maintaining quality and production standards. Responsibilities Operate winding and covering machinery according to company procedures. Set up and monitor equipment during production. Load and unload materials as required. Monitor machinery to ensure proper operation. Inspect materials and finished products for quality and consistency. Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or production concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Meet established production and quality goals. Work as part of a team to maintain efficient production. Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or textile experience is a plus. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous experience with winding, covering, weaving, or textile machinery is helpful but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive movements. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required. Ability to work around operating manufacturing equipment. Must be able to follow all workplace safety requirements. Schedule & Pay 1st
