Job Description
Job Summary The Quality Tech is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance and food safety systems to ensure that all French fry products meet company standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. This role leads quality initiatives across raw material handling, processing, packaging, and distribution, ensuring consistent product quality, food safety, and continuous improvement throughout the plant. Most of the nightshift speaks Spanish, so being bilingual is beneficial in this role Key Responsibilities Quality & Food Safety Systems Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Food Safety programs (e.g., HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs). Ensure compliance with local, national, and international food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, USDA, CFIA, EFSA, or equivalent). Lead internal and external audits (regulatory, customer, third-party certifications such as SQF, BRC, or
