Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a leading construction materials testing company hiring for a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Technician. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay and benefits, working 100% onsite. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in field environments performing testing and inspection on active construction sites. Responsibilities Perform field and/or laboratory testing, observations, and inspections of construction materials including soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and steel. Communicate with project managers, technicians, client representatives, and contractors regarding site conditions, project requirements, and testing results. Transport material samples to the laboratory with proper documentation for further testing and analysis. Prepare and submit clear, accurate written and digital reports daily. Maintain, clean, and organize equipment, vehicles, and work areas; assist with technician dispatch as needed. Follow strict safety standards, complete pre-task planning, and report any safety issues immediately. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 6 months of experience in construction, field testing, or related work. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Ability to obtain ACI certification within 90 days of hire (company may support training). Ability to complete required internal safety certifications.

Preferred:

Nuclear Density Gauge certification within 6 months of hire.
