Compensation:
From $20.00 per hour Overview Join our dynamic quality assurance team as a Quality Control Inspector and play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, precision, and compliance. In this energetic role, you will be the frontline guardian of quality, meticulously inspecting components and finished goods to uphold our commitment to excellence. Your keen eye for detail and thorough understanding of quality systems will help drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction across our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems. Utilize advanced measurement tools including coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify dimensional accuracy and conformance to specifications. Perform quality audits in accordance with
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, and FDA regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for review and reporting purposes. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions aligned with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP protocols. Participate in calibration activities for measurement instruments to maintain precision and reliability. Support continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing quality management systems and suggesting enhancements to optimize efficiency and product integrity. Skills Strong knowledge of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and quality assurance practices within manufacturing environments. Proficiency with Calypso software for data collection and analysis is a plus. Experience conducting quality audits in accordance with
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, or similar standards. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FDA regulations and GMP requirements. Skilled in operating precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Excellent analysis skills to interpret measurement data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
