Quality Technician - 1st

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30

PM Pay:

$19+/hour, depending on experience We are currently hiring a Quality Technician for a 1st-shift opportunity in Fargo. This position is responsible for performing light quality-control inspections on finished tanks before they are shipped, along with basic hand-tool and sub-assembly work. This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous quality experience, strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working independently. Responsibilities Perform quality-control checks on tanks prior to shipment Verify finished products meet required specifications Read and follow work instructions Accurately document and communicate quality findings Use basic hand tools as needed Assist with light sub-assembly duties Identify and report potential quality issues quickly and accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Previous quality-control or inspection experience preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to read and understand work instructions Good verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using basic hand tools Ability to work independently and stay organized Dependable and reliable attendance Because this position provides key support to the quality-control process and will be handled by one primary employee, consistent attendance and reliability are especially important .
