Your work directly impacts the reliability and performance of our integrated systems, ensuring that every component meets rigorous engineering standards and operational requirements. Responsibilities Construct and wire electrical control panels, junction boxes, and subassemblies by interpreting detailed engineering schematics and blueprints. Mount devices and components onto back panels with precision to ensure optimal layout and functionality. Execute precise wiring tasks, including cutting, stripping, and routing, to create clean and secure electrical terminations. Perform comprehensive functional and continuity testing using multimeters to verify circuit integrity and component performance. Inspect completed assemblies for quality, alignment, and adherence to design specifications, correcting any discrepancies during the build process. Maintain high productivity and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S workplace organization. Collaborate with team members to share technical knowledge and support the training of new personnel. Qualifications Required Skills 3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical assembly within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and wiring diagrams. Strong working knowledge of electrical fundamentals, including voltage, amperage, and resistance. Demonstrated ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement equipment. Experience with electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and diagnostic tools. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks requiring dexterity and color recognition. Preferred Skills Technical or vocational certification in electrical technology or a related field. Familiarity with industrial electrical components like PLCs, relays, and transformers. Experience with data entry and reporting production metrics in digital systems. Proven track record of adhering to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
