Southern New Hampshire industrial finishing shop specializing in liquid finishing and powder coating is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our production operation. This is a hands-on production role focused primarily on washing, filling/sanding, masking, unmasking, inspecting, and packaging finished parts, along with other general shop duties as needed. Responsibilities Part preparation (wash, fill, sand, mask, unmask, etc.). Mask and unmask parts before and after the finishing process Inspect finished parts for quality and defects Package completed parts for shipment Assist with general production and shop duties as needed Follow work instructions and quality standards with minimal supervision Maintain an efficient and organized work pace What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow directions and work independently Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a production environment Previous manufacturing, production, finishing, or shop experience is a plus

Schedule Full-time:
