Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Perform Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) on PCB assemblies Inspect electronic assemblies to ensure quality standards are met Operate, start up, and shut down AOI equipment Perform preventative maintenance on AOI machines Read blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation Identify defects and stop production when quality issues are found Maintain accurate inspection records Assist with visual inspections and train new AOI operators
Qualifications:
1+ year of AOI or electronic assembly inspection experience preferred Experience with PCB assembly is a plus Ability to use microscopes, calipers, hand tools, and inspection equipment Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel) Able to read blueprints and technical documents Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
