This is a dynamic role where you will manage the flow of our facility, balancing administrative tasks with high-energy yard operations.

Schedule & Compensation Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Pay:

Competitive, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities Scale Operations:

Manage incoming and outgoing vendors/customers at the scale house.

Administrative Support:

Assist with office duties using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Documentation:

Conduct site inspections and take photos of materials/loads , including during bad weather conditions when necessary.

Communication:

Handle in-person inquiries with professionalism. What We Are Looking For Bilingualism (Required): Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish .

Tech Savvy:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).

Transportation:
