(856) 773-5800 Quality Control Technician The Quality Control Technician is responsible for inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to quality assurance procedures, and the ability to identify defects or production issues to prevent nonconforming products from reaching customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks throughout production, packaging, sanitation, and warehouse operations, ensuring GMP compliance, product quality, labeling, coding, weights, hygiene, and testing equipment accuracy
- Complete QA documentation, collect product samples, maintain quality records, implement product hold procedures, and communicate quality issues to Production and QA leadership
- Assist with audits, customer complaints, food safety training, supplier quality programs, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support plant trials, new product launches, continuous improvement initiatives, and the ongoing maintenance of quality and food safety systems
Job Requirements Required Skills & Experience:
- High school or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience working in a similar manufacturing environment in Quality
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 2:30pm to 11pm, with occasional Saturday mornings as needed
