Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:45 PM with overtime as needed We are hiring a Quality Technician for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing company in Henderson, NV. The Quality Technician will inspect incoming and outgoing products, maintain quality documentation, identify quality issues, and support the Quality Department with inspections and process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet quality standards. Complete and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation. Identify and report quality issues, defects, and discrepancies. Collect and document inspection and testing data. Verify the calibration and functionality of testing equipment. Assist with investigating quality issues and corrective actions. Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities. Identify opportunities to improve quality control processes. Work closely with Production, Inventory, and Engineering teams. Maintain accurate inspection and quality records. Help ensure quality processes are completed without delaying production. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 1+ year of experience in quality inspection, quality control, manufacturing, or a related field preferred. Manufacturing or inventory control experience is a plus. Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office experience. Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and instructions. Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hands-on environment.
