Peloton Workforce Inc. is seeking candidates for a client that is a privately owned contract electronics and printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturer. We are hiring two Quality Assurance Inspectors to check materials and products against the company's Quality Control Plan and customer specifications.

Pay:

$15.00-$16.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of PCB assemblies, subassemblies, and finished electronic products. Inspect assemblies and verify bills of materials (BOMs) against applicable requirements. Use microscopes, magnifiers, calipers, multimeters, and handheld measuring devices to check product quality. Perform functional checks and record findings in quality logs. Follow electrostatic discharge (ESD) safety requirements. Maintain accurate documentation and product traceability. Support root-cause analysis and corrective action activities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read assembly drawings. Basic computer skills, including iPad use, Excel, data entry, and quality logs. Experience using microscopes, magnifiers, and measuring tools. Understanding of soldering processes. Familiarity with

IPC-A-610

workmanship standards, 5S, or lean manufacturing is a plus. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
