Job DescriptionSalary Range:
$75,000 - $95,000Position SummarySupport the evaluation, validation, and documentation of new and existing processes. Will also be responsible for providing support to the CNC department by programming, set-up, and troubleshooting. Essential Functions Responsible for released machines, tools, and processesProvide process documentation (work instructions, box counts, operator training documents, etc.)Lead cross-functional teams to develop PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow DiagramsPerform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential changes in production methodsDrive continuous improvement of existing processes to reduce waste QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesMust be able to work in a team settingExperience with automated machineryAnalytical, able to solve complex technical problemsAble to read and interpret mechanical drawingsExperience with Solidworks and/or equivalent 3d modeling softwarePFMEA, PFD, and control plan experienceCNC programming utilizing CAD/CAM software; preferably ESPRITEducation / ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.3-5 years' manufacturing experience in a CNC setting
