APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Cortlandt Manor, NY looking to add a QC Inspector to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to perform hands-on inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with product specifications. Amazing benefit package once hired in permanently Medical, Dental and Vision 401K Paid vacation What your day will look like: Conducts routine inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products in accordance with established procedures. Evaluates and documents material disposition based on compliance with product specifications. Releases approved lots within the inventory management system. Holds authority to reject nonconforming materials. Inspects and determines the disposition of returned materials. Assists the QC Lead with training and setup activities for QC personnel. Supports material and product testing as required. Ensures products are stored in appropriate warehouse locations according to acceptance status. Performs physical inventory movements as needed. Applies good manufacturing practices (GMP) and good documentation practices (GDP) consistently in daily operations.

What we are looking for:

High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or inspection environment. Familiarity with inspection tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and product specifications.
