We're a growing medical spa looking for a dynamic, charismatic coordinator to help take our business to the next level. This is a true sales role. What you'll do Fill our appointment calendar and keep the schedule running smoothly Sell treatments, packages, and memberships to new and returning clients Reconnect with past patients and bring them back Visit local businesses, build relationships, and create partnerships Plan and run social and promotional events Work with our marketing company to follow up with leads and grow our brand Build our online presence and collect client reviews Report weekly results to our practice manager Who you are Proven sales experience in beauty, retail, fitness memberships, hospitality, or a similar field Confident closing sales and comfortable making calls Dynamic, charismatic, and great with people Highly organized, independent, and self motivated Passionate about beauty and aesthetics (no medical background needed; we'll train you) Comfortable with social media Schedule Wednesday through Friday and every other Saturday in office, plus 4 to 5 hours of remote phone work Pay $25/hour base Commission on packages, memberships, treatments, and retail products Bonuses for new patients, returning patients, and client reviews No cap on what you can earn We're growing, and there's plenty of room to grow with us.

Growth opportunity:

Licensed estheticians, or candidates interested in getting licensed, can earn significantly more by performing facials and other treatments once trained.
