09/16/2026 Job Description Job Description The Quality Inspector plays a vital role within the Quality Assurance team, responsible for inspecting products across different production stages to ensure they meet consistent quality standards. This position involves performing thorough inspections, documenting quality issues, and collaborating with production and suppliers to resolve problems and reduce defects. The Quality Inspector is instrumental in enforcing company quality standards, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with safety and calibration requirements to guarantee product excellence for TWINCO. Responsibilities Document and report product or process quality issues Implement company inspection standards and communicate with production to resolve problems Follow up on mistakes and assist in corrective action for non-conformance Conduct internal and routine audits as directed by the QA Manager Track and document non-conformances in Epicor for MRB review Ensure all equipment and tooling are calibrated and up to date Verify products comply with TWINCO drawings and work instructions Perform inspections on finished products and incoming materials for conformity Conduct monthly First Article Inspections (FAI) for production units Ensure Certificates of Conformance meet TWINCO quality standards Audit safety compliance including PPE requirements and record monthly Occasional travel to supplier sites for quality assessments Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1-3 years experience in operations or manufacturing environment Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards Strong numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Effective verbal and written communication and team-building abilities Proven time-management and multitasking skills Technical aptitude to learn and apply technical information Self-starter attitude with ability to follow up and ensure execution Working knowledge of MS Office and MRP/ERP systems Ability to pass pre-employment background, criminal, and drug screening Preferred Qualifications 3+ years in manufacturing operations High school diploma or GED (preferred) Company Description Twinco Manufacturing Company based in Hauppauge, NY offers its employees competitive pay and benefits, a generous vacation and holiday schedule, profit-sharing and a good working environment.
