salary:

$22 - $24 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM - 5

PMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilities Sample Management:

Collect, log, label, and track retain, in-process, and stability samples in compliance with strict SOPs; coordinate smooth sample handoffs with Production and Lab teams.

System & Tracker Maintenance:

Maintain accuracy across QA logs (batch release, stability, complaints, non-conformances), monitor open action items, and generate routine reporting.

Standard Boards:

Manage physical/digital visual standard boards, color chips, and reference samples on defined rotation schedules, ensuring obsolete standards are systematically retired.

Customer & Compliance Support:

Assist in completing customer quality questionnaires, vendor compliance surveys, and routine compliance correspondence.

Batch Record & Archive Management:

Receive, review, file, and log executed batch records; flag incomplete data for correction; support total folder closure and archiving per document retention schedules.

General QA Admin Support:

Assist leadership with internal and customer audit prep, SOP distribution/controlled copy management, and routine operational tasks.
