Job DescriptionAs part of our Quality Control support team, you'll play an important role in keeping our lab operations running smoothly and compliantly. This role is a great fit for early talent seeking to develop experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
Verify and review sample submissions to ensure they meet Quality Control requirementsReceive, label, organize, and properly store samples according to established proceduresDeliver samples to Quality Control laboratories for testing in a timely and accurate mannerPerform routine temperature, environmental, and/or CO₂ monitoring and document resultsSupport compliance with regulatory and quality standards (cGMP, SOPs, safety guidelines)Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external customers as neededWhy QC Sample Management? Develop real‑world experience in a laboratory and quality‑driven environmentBuild a strong foundation in regulatory compliance and sample handlingWork alongside experienced scientists and quality professionalsDevelop transferable skills in documentation, accuracy, and cross‑functional communicationQualificationsBachelor's degree in a life sciences field (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related discipline)Exposure to or interest in working in a cGMP‑regulated environment (prior experience is a plus but not required)Ability to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without current or future sponsorship Additional InformationPosition is full-time, schedule is 1st shift Wednesday - Saturday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Base pay is between $22.50-23.50/hr. A $50 flat-rate weekend shift differential will also be included for Saturday shifts.
