We're looking for a Quality Control Inspector with 1-3 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment to join our team in West Henrietta. You don't need to know everything on Day 1—we'll teach you our products, processes, and quality standards. But you should already be comfortable using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers and understand the importance of accurate measurement, documentation, and attention to detail. What You'll Do Inspect incoming materials, work-in-process, and finished products Perform visual inspections and dimensional checks using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools Verify parts meet prints, specifications, and established quality standards Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and nonconforming material Communicate quality concerns to the appropriate team members Perform in-process inspections and audits Maintain an organized inspection area and follow established Quality procedures What We're Looking For 1-3 years of Quality Control or Quality Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment Hands-on experience using calipers and micrometers Ability to perform accurate dimensional measurements Ability to read and interpret prints, specifications, work instructions, or quality documentation Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or inconsistencies Ability to accurately document findings and maintain quality records Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with both Quality and Production team members What We Offer Competitive pay of $20.00-$28.00 per hour , based on experience Full-time, 40-hour workweek Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends Steady, year-round employment Opportunities to continue developing your inspection and quality skills Benefits available to eligible full-time employees
