Capstone Search Advisors is representing a leading manufacturing company seeking a Quality & ISO Specialist to oversee
ISO 9001
compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality, ensuring audit readiness, and driving process excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the company's ISO program and all related documentation. Manage the internal audit program, including scheduling, auditor training, and maintaining accurate records. Review and track Corrective, Preventive, and Maintenance Action Requests on a routine basis. Coordinate and complete customer audit documentation and lead on-site customer audits. Update and maintain the Quality Manual and ensure compliance with corporate and customer standards. Oversee sample request entries, tracking, and reporting. Manage and update Product Data Sheets (PDS) and ensure accuracy across systems. Partner with the Regulatory and EHS teams to support compliance and documentation efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field preferred — equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree Hands-on experience with
ISO 9001
programs or chemical manufacturing regulations strongly desired. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Strong analytical and documentation skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external auditors. #
CAPFS Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
