full time About the Role Our client is looking for a Quality Services Team Lead to provide hands-on leadership and daily support to Quality Inspectors. This is a great opportunity for someone with quality, manufacturing, production, or automotive experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. What You'll Do Lead and provide daily direction to Quality Inspectors Train and mentor Inspectors on work instructions, quality standards, and job requirements Prepare and communicate work instructions Help set up work cells and maintain 5S, organization, and cleanliness Review quality and production data Support accurate employee timekeeping Participate in new employee orientation and training Provide input for employee performance evaluations Complete competency reviews for Quality Inspectors Communicate with customer representatives as needed Support ISO procedures, continuous improvement, safety, and quality requirements Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and according to customer expectations What We're Looking For Experience in quality inspection, quality control, manufacturing, production, automotive, warehouse, or a related environment Experience training, mentoring, guiding, or providing daily direction to coworkers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow and explain work instructions and procedures Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanners and job-related systems Familiarity with 5S, ISO procedures, or continuous improvement is a plus Ability to work effectively with employees and customers Flexibility to support changing customer and operational needs Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and vehicle insurance required due to local travel If you are interested, please apply or send your resume to carmen@canadianexecutivesearch.com CESGUS Apply For this Job × Comments This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
