CINCINNATI, OH AREA QUALITY SOURCE INSPECTOR
Proven experience operating Zeiss Calypso CMM equipment Ability to independently perform part setups, fixturing, and alignment selection Working knowledge of Calypso interface, probe qualification, and basic troubleshooting Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) concepts and applications Ability to interpret engineering drawings, feature control frames, and measurement requirements Skill in reading, analyzing, and interpreting CMM results and reports Strong attention to detail and commitment to measurement accuracy Ability to communicate measurement outcomes clearly to engineering, quality, or production teams Willingness to follow established inspection programs and procedures created by others Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with precision measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
