September 17, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM at 11338 Princeton Pike, Suite A, Springdale, OH 45246 Quality Inspector Requirements/Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to move approximately 1,000 parts per shift weighing 15-50 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods on various surfaces. Ability to walk frequently on various surfaces. Ability to bend frequently. Ability to perform occasional repetitive work with hands. Ability to pass a near-vision test. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to travel to other work locations as needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Steel-toe shoes or boots required. Jeans with a brown or black belt required. Blue or black shirt required and must be tucked in. Safety glasses required; provided by Crown Staffing. About the Quality Inspector Role As a Quality Inspector, your responsibilities will include: Perform onsite inspections, sorting, and quality control projects for customers. Inspect parts and materials according to customer requirements. Identify and report defective or non-conforming parts. Sort and organize parts according to established quality standards. Perform repacking and sorting duties as assigned. Move and handle parts weighing approximately 15-50 lbs. Process approximately 1,000 parts per shift while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Follow inspection, sorting, and quality control procedures. Communicate quality concerns and other issues to the appropriate team leader or supervisor. Work at different customer locations as assigned. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all customer and company safety procedures. Meet production and quality expectations while maintaining strong attention to detail.
