Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Experience Requirements At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred Experience working in a fast-paced production environment Quality inspection or packaging experience is a plus Job Duties Inspect flexible packaging products for quality and defects Assist with production line operations while maintaining productivity standards Load plastic materials onto machines using a hoist Monitor machine performance and ensure proper operation Inspect finished bags and packaging inserts for accuracy and quality Maintain production and inspection records Assist the Shift Supervisor with daily production activities Preferred Qualifications Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred. Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial. Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial. Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset.
