Experience:
5+ Years as a Quality Inspector or similar role within Quality Control, prefer aerospace/defense experience for the senior level position. 1-2 years of experience for the entry level. CMM programming experience is a must for the senior level. CMM operation experience is a must for the entry level position. The Opportunity:
Quality Technician As a Quality Technician, you will be the final line of defense in ensuring that "Print to Part" excellence is achieved. Working in a sophisticated inspection lab, you will utilize advanced measurement technology to verify tight-tolerance components that power the world's most critical industries. Quality Technician•
What You'll Do:
Precision Inspection:
Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections on complex machined parts and assemblies.
Advanced Metrology:
Operate and program high-end equipment including CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) , Profilometers, Optical Comparators, and Surface Texture analyzers.
Technical Verification:
Read and interpret complex blueprints with a mastery of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Certification & Documentation:
Ensure all products meet rigorous AS9100D and
ISO 9001
2015 standards; maintain accurate calibration logs and inspection reports.
Problem Solving:
Conduct Rockwell hardness testing and layout verification to identify and resolve any deviations from customer specifications. Quality Technician•
