Pay Rate:

$18.50 hour $100 Referral Bonus The Cart Manipulator is responsible for safely moving parts and carts to designated staging areas along the ELP production line. This role supports line production by rotating full carts into position and removing empty carts once completed at multiple assigned locations in a timely and organized manner.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Move wheeled carts safely and efficiently to designated staging areas.
• Rotate carts at multiple assigned locations to support continuous line use.
• Remove empty carts from the line and stage them for pickup.
• Maintain carts in sequence to prevent delays, congestion or incorrect part usage.
• Follow all MS Companies / Honda safety requirements.
• Support inspection or other production-related tasks as needed when not actively moving carts.

Position Summary MS Companies is hiring immediately for a motivated and detail-oriented Inspector 1 (Quality Control) to support our automotive manufacturing clients. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality standards are met through inspection, documentation, and reporting using MS Companies' technology-driven processes. Responsibilities Perform visual and/or manual inspection of parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances to leadership Follow established quality inspection procedures at all stages of production Accurately record inspection results using company systems and tools Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding quality concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Must be able to push, pull, maneuver and rotate wheeled carts throughout the shift Carts are on wheels, but may be heavy, awkward or difficult to move depending on load and location Must be able to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment with frequent movement between assigned locations. Physical Requirements Must be able to visually identify defects in color, shape, size, or texture of parts Must be able to hear and differentiate sounds in a manufacturing environment Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the workday for extended periods on concrete floors (up to 10-12 hours) Must be able to move within buildings and operational areas, including ascending and descending stairs Must be able to reach, turn, stoop, bend, crouch, kneel, and maintain balance to prevent falls Must be able to reach overhead and perform repetitive movements Must be able to lift, carry, transfer, push, and pull up to 30 lbs. Must be able to grasp with both hands and perform fine motor tasks requiring coordination and repetitive motion Good hand-eye coordination for inspection and material handling Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures Qualifications Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, including understanding and following detailed verbal instructions Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience Familiarity with quality standards, work instructions, or inspection checklists Experience using digital reporting systems (e.g., tablets, mobile apps, or Salesforce) Work Hours Work hours and schedules may vary by location, the nature of work, your department, and customers' needs, and are subject to change from time to time to meet business needs.
