Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Electrical Tester Seeking a skilled UPS 3-Phase Production Electrical Tester Technician (2nd shift) to join our Fairfield, OH manufacturing team. This position will support testing of advanced 3-phase UPS systems used in critical power applications. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting skills, experience reading wiring diagrams, and the ability to work safely around electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on electrical professional with experience in testing, troubleshooting, manufacturing, field service, industrial electrical systems, or power distribution equipment.

What Qualifications Will Make You Successful :
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, or electrical assembly. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and electrical drawings. Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical circuits. Ability to use a voltmeter, multimeter, and continuity testing equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to document work accurately. Ability to follow standard work, test procedures, safety rules, and quality requirements. Strong communication skills and ability to escalate issues effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Willingness to work overtime or alternate shifts as business needs require.
