Job Description
QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN
J-Lenco is a manufacturer of riser sleeves and cores for the foundry industry. Our products are designed to optimize castings for the rail, mining, infrastructure, defense, and automotive industries We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Technician . This position is responsible for inspecting materials, performing quality testing, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring products meet company and customer quality standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct quality inspections and audits on products and processes. Use measurement tools to ensure product specifications are followed. Document and report findings to ensure compliance with standards. Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues. Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams. Maintain accurate records and data related to quality checks Manage Quality Control Auditors. Quality Control Technician Qualifications / Skills- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Applied knowledge of
ISO 9001
quality standards.- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Capable of effectively addressing and resolving quality non-conformances with frontline team members Education and Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, verbal, written, and electronic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) Job Type

- Hours 6 to 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday (Normal Production)
