Key Responsibilities:

Assist Operators with fabrication equipment like Plasma Tables and Brake Presses. Inspect the quality of fabricated parts to ensure precision and excellence. Maintain accurate job clocking for costing and efficiency. Collaborate closely with Operators and Supervisors for smooth production flow. Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to transport materials. Handle materials safely, lifting up to 50lbs as needed.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent). Training or experience in metal fabrication or welding is highly desirable. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
