Join Our 2nd Shift Quality Team! Put your attention to detail to work as a Quality Control Technician—help test our compound material to ensure our products meet the highest standards while building valuable manufacturing experience.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
To support the production efforts and to monitor production capabilities in accordance to meet product and customer specifications. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and positive customer service attitude without compromising quality Work schedule shall be adjusted to accommodate coverage of all shifts and special projects as necessary. Audit daily productions runs at sufficient intervals to ensure accuracy and integrity of product quality and documentation. Participate in Root Cause Analysis process Adherence and understanding of
ISO 9001
2015 Standards Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of Quality Lab using 5S techniques. Ability to follow and execute various standardized test methods Creation and understanding of SPC charts Assist in training of quality personnel. Assist in training production personnel as required. Communicate quality concerns and standards to all levels of the company. Maintain an attitude and philosophy of "Continuous Improvement" as a part of everyday operations. In process inspection including first piece inspection Ensure product being produced conforms to Customer specifications Recording test results of finished product Record Keeping of Inspection reports Identifying defects on the production report Follow all company policies and procedures.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience
  • Basic understanding of SPC
  • Ability to use basic measuring tools
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
  • Good computer skills and communication skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Understanding of all areas outlined on the
Skills Checklist Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
