1st Shift | 4:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Built-In Overtime Schedule) We are actively seeking a highly experienced Quality Inspector to support a critical aerospace manufacturing operation. This is a high-priority, fast-fill role driven by production demand and inspection capacity constraints. This is a built-in overtime schedule (4P-4:30P)—ideal for inspectors who want strong weekly hours and consistent workflow. Why This Role Is Open (And Why It Matters Now) Production is moving faster than inspection capacity. This role directly impacts first-article flow, quality release timing, and downstream production continuity. We need someone who can step in immediately and operate independently from day one. What You'll Own Perform dimensional and visual inspections on aerospace machined parts, castings, and complex components Complete First Article (AS9102) and first-piece inspections with minimal oversight Set up, operate, and maintain CMM programs for repeat inspection routines Interpret complex engineering drawings, 2D prints, and 3D CAD models Apply advanced GD&T interpretation for tight-tolerance aerospace requirements Complete inspection documentation including FAIRs, nonconformance reports, routers, and inspection records Ensure all product meets aerospace customer and regulatory standards prior to release Partner with engineering when needed on inspection methods and drawing clarification What We Need (Must-Haves) 5+ years aerospace or precision machining inspection experience Strong, hands-on expertise in GD&T (advanced level required) Proven experience with CMM setup, operation, and programming Ability to independently interpret complex prints and CAD models Experience completing AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) Comfortable working in a high-output, production-driven environment Why Inspectors Take This Role Built-in overtime schedule (4:00 AM - 4:30 PM) = strong weekly hours High-impact aerospace work with critical production visibility Advanced inspection tools and real CMM ownership Stable, long-term manufacturing environment If you are an experienced aerospace Quality Inspector who can step in and contribute immediately—apply now or reach out directly today!
