• Lead and manage a quality team of three, including one CMM programmer and two inspectors, within a non-union machining environment
• Oversee AS9100 and IS9001 audits, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement
• Direct and oversee first article inspections to ensure product conformance and customer satisfaction
• Manage CMM processes including setup, programming, and operational oversight Key Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of quality leadership experience within a machining environment
• Aerospace industry experience highly preferred, with aluminum machining experience a strong plus
• Degree preferred but not required
